Welcome to this online workshop on Motivation and Goal Setting!

This workshop is designed to teach you some methods to use in motivating and setting goals for yourself.

When you finish this workshop, you will:
  • Be able to explain what motivation and goals are and why they are important.
  • Be able to use a 5-step process to set S.M.A.R.T. goals for yourself
  • Have created a specific set of goals for yourself.
  • Be able to describe at least 2 methods you will use for motivating yourself to achieve the goals you have set.
