Motivation
Motivation and goal setting go hand in hand; you can’t complete goals without motivation. It is important to get motivated to complete your goals. This can be achieved in different ways.

Here are some ways you can get motivated.

  • Challenge Negative Self –Talk

  • Avoid telling yourself: “I’m so stupid! I got a D on that test!”

  • Positive Self-Talk

  • Instead tell yourself: “I studied really hard, but the exam was brutal! I’ll do better next time”

  • Visualization

  • Imagine what life will be like if everything goes exactly how you picture it.

  • Affirmations

  • Tell yourself: “I work hard and deserve to relax frequently, fully and completely. My family and friends benefit from my resulting contentment and peace.
Remember that instantaneous change is unlikely. Most behavioral changes require effort and practice, but you can do it.
