Positive Self-Talk

One of the most powerful things that effects motivation is how you feel and think about what it is you are trying to accomplish. If you do not think positively about something you are trying to achieve, the chances of achieving that are small. Changing your Self-Talk will help you gain more control over your life.
  • Positive Self-Talk is speaking to and about yourself in a way that supports successful positive change, in the moment. Don’t postpone this!
  • Use your emotions and feelings to support this.
  • Example: I studied really hard, but the exam was brutal! I’ll learn some new ways to study, and I'll do better next time!
