Pre-Exam
  • Build a study schedule that works for you.
  • Avoid cramming.
  • Get plenty of sleep the night before the exam.
  • Do you best to relieve test anxiety.
  • Practice using note cards.
During Exam
  • Sit in your usual seat.
  • Skip problems you don’t know.
  • Read the directions carefully.
  • Spend the majority of your time on problems that are worth the most.
  • Write down formulas at the beginning of test.
Post Exam
  • Look over the problems you got wrong.
  • Figure out why you got them wrong.
  • In order to avoid those same mistakes take measures for the next time you study and take a test in order to avoid those same mistakes.
