This section will cover how to build a working routine schedule to use each week, or at least to plan one week at a time if you don’t like to have a routine.
When building a weekly schedule it helps to use the Weekly Schedule Sheet as your framework. Print one out and:
1) First, block out your fixed activities.
2) Second, block out your ritual activities.
- Meals
- Travel/Commute
- Sleep
- Grooming
3) Third, block out your priority activities.
- Studying – You should try to study 2 hours per hour of class.
- Exercise.
4) The spots that remain on the schedule are your free time.
